HEALTH GUARANTEE
We assure that the dog you are purchasing is purebred. Pedigree is furnished is correct. The puppy must be paid for in full before taking possession and deposits are non-refundable. (cash only at time of pick up.)

Every effort has been made by the seller to insure that the dog is delivered in a healthy, sound condition. The puppy has received the proper vaccinations and deworming appropriate for its age.
A licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy with in a week from purchase date and seller must be notified by email as the results of the examination by midnight of the day of the exam. During initial exam, should your veterinary find the puppy of poor health or detect any physical health problems that would require further veterinary care (other than required vaccinations and treatment for any type of parasite or bacteria, internal or external) you must contact seller within 24 hours. The failure to do this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.

Buyer agrees to provide the pup with routine preventative care, follow vet guidelines on deworming, vaccinations, and heart-worm preventions. The pup is guaranteed to be free of parvo virus and distemper for 48 hours upon arrival to buyer. This puppy is guaranteed until 12 months of age against fatal and fife altering congenital diseases which adversely affects the health of the animal.

If the puppy dies within 12 months of purchase, the buyer will pay to have a necropsy done and if the reason of death is found to be congenital, the seller will replace the puppy. Seller is not responsible for any vet bills. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows: animal must show defect by 1 year of age, seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian's determinations; buyer must have 2 reports from 2 unassociated veterinarian's stating the problem. This must be written on the veterinarian's letterhead stationary. Buyer must provide legible copies of the puppy's medical records showing regular veterinary check-ups, current vaccinations, deworming, and heart-worm prevention.

A puppy with a defect must be returned to the seller in order to qualify for a replacement puppy. If a puppy is euthanized without seller's permission, the guarantee will be null and void and no replacement puppy will be given. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undecided testicles, derndodex mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, worms, ticks, ear mites, or coccidian and kennel cough. There are also certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors; for example: allergies, demdodectic mange and other auto immune disorders that are not covered by the guarantee.

All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. There are no cash refunds. Replacement puppy will be agreed upon by the buyer and seller, but may not by from the same litter. This contract is valid for the original owner only and not transferable. By signing this agreement both parties agree to be bound by all terms set forth and that the buyer will take proper care of their new puppy. The buyer fully agrees that if it is found that your puppy has been mistreated, neglected or abused, or if the buyer decides that the puppy is not something they are ready to keep and take care for, at any time, the animal will be returned, free of charge, at once to the breeder. You also fully agree that there will be no refunds or replacements in the above circumstances, this agreement shall be deemed a legal and binding agreement and is under the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina in the county of Guilford.
